Dispatch Information
Your parcel will be dispatched from our Indianapolis, IN, USA warehouse within 48 hours of placing your order. We try to dispatch all orders placed before 15:00 EST on the same working day.

Shipped via Standard USPS Shipping
Domestic orders will arrive 3-6 days after leaving our warehouse. USPS delays can also occur.
STANDARD SHIPPING - $8
EXPRESS SHIPPING - $22
UPS will deliver your order within 1-3 working days from dispatch, tracked service.

Shipped via Standard USPS Shipping.
Rate based on item weight and location.
All international orders can take up to four weeks to arrive due to delays at customs offices.

Customs, Duties & Tax
All packages imported to your country may be subject to customs, taxes or other fees. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Please contact your country's customs office prior to purchasing for respective charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country. Returns & Exchanges
Tough Luck Supply Co. offers 30 days to return your goods from the date you receive them!
What we need you to do

Fill in the contact form on our site. Please Leave your order number in the subject line and describe the reason for returning.

Please ensure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags!

Your Tough Luck Supply Co. mailer bag has a re-seal strip inside so you can re-use the same mailer.

Send your unwanted items back to our warehouse using a courier of your choice via a tracked service.

If you need to fill in a customs form, please ensure this is clearly marked as 'returned goods', as Tough Luck Supply Co. will not be responsible for paying any returns customs fees.

Don't forget to keep hold of your proof of postage receipt!
What we'll do when we receive your return

Once your return arrives at our warehouse we'll begin to process it as soon as possible! Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return.

We will issue a refund and the funds will return to your account or gift card. You will also get a refund confirmation email. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account.

If you have returned your full order to us for a refund, we will also refund basic any shipping fees that you have paid for at checkout.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, Tough Luck Supply Co. does not offer free returns.

We're no longer accepting exchanges. You'll now need to place a new order if your chosen size doesn't quite fit right.

Anything returned outside of the 30 day policy will not be eligible for a refund, instead we can only offer a Gift Card if the goods arrive in new, unworn condition.

Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 30 day returns policy as normal.
